Hormone Optimization
Hormone Optimization Designed Around Your Health Goals
Hormone changes can affect energy, sleep, mood, weight, mental clarity, libido, and overall quality of life. At Springtide Medical, we take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, concerns, and personal wellness goals before recommending a treatment approach.
Our Hormone Optimization program begins with a comprehensive consultation, full-panel blood work, and a detailed review of your results. Based on these findings, we create an individualized care plan that may include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and hormone pellet therapy when medically appropriate.
Your care continues with follow-up lab testing, regular provider visits, progress monitoring, and thoughtful treatment adjustments. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions, restore balance, and feel more like yourself through attentive, professionally guided care.

Personalized Hormone Care With Clear, Simple Pricing
Begin with a comprehensive consultation and lab evaluation, then continue with a structured membership designed to provide consistent treatment, monitoring, and professional support.
Important Note:
Hormone optimization is not a 30-day fix. Most of my clients need 6 or more months to begin to feel the effects of hormonal balance and 12 months or more to reach true hormonal stability. The membership is required keeping that in mind.

Personalized BHRT Options for Consistent Hormone Support
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, or BHRT, uses hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced by the body. Depending on your symptoms, lab results, and individual needs, treatment may include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, or thyroid-supportive therapies in forms such as pellets, creams, pills, or injections.
BHRT pellets are small, compounded medications placed beneath the skin to gradually release hormones over time. Their steady delivery offers a convenient alternative for patients who prefer not to manage daily creams, pills, or frequent injections.
Pellet insertion schedules vary by individual treatment needs. Men commonly receive pellets approximately every six months, while women may receive them every three to four months, based on provider recommendations and ongoing monitoring.
Hormone Optimization
Who May Be Eligible For BHRT?
BHRT may be appropriate for patients who have symptoms of hormone imbalance and who are medically cleared after a thorough evaluation. Common symptoms that may lead a patient to seek hormone optimization include:
- Fatigue or low motivation
- Brain fog, trouble focusing and memory difficulties
- Mood changes, anxiety, or irritability
- Poor sleep or night sweats
- Hot flashes
- Weight gain or changes in body composition
- Low libido or sexual discomfort
- Vaginal dryness
- Loss of muscle tone or decreased exercise recovery
Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. Eligibility depends on your symptoms, health history, lab results, risk factors, medications, family history, and personal goals.

Start With a Consultation Built Around Your Goals
Meet with a medical provider to discuss your health history, weight concerns, symptoms, and expectations. Your consultation helps determine the most appropriate next steps for a personalized, medically guided weight loss plan.
Our Process
Easy Step to Treatment Procedure
1. Comprehensive Consultation
Your journey begins with a detailed consultation. We take time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, medications, menstrual or menopause history, sleep patterns, stress levels, nutrition, and wellness goals
2. Advanced Lab Testing
We use lab testing to evaluate hormone levels and other important markers that may influence how you feel. This may include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid markers, vitamin levels, metabolic markers, inflammation markers, and other labs based on your health needs.
3. Personalized Treatment Plan
Once your provider reviews your symptoms and lab results, we create a customized plan. This may include BHRT, targeted supplements, nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, stress management, sleep optimization, and follow-up testing.
4. Ongoing Monitoring
Hormone optimization requires careful follow-up. We monitor your response, symptoms, lab values, and any side effects. Your plan may be adjusted over time to help you feel your best while keeping safety at the center of care.
Why Hormone Optimization Takes Time
Your hormones didn't become imbalanced overnight — and they won't rebalance overnight either. Most clients feel early improvements within the first 4–8 weeks, but true hormonal stability — the kind that holds, that transforms your energy, your body, and your mind — takes 6 or more months.
Hormone Optimization
How Can BHRT Help Eligible Patients?
For properly selected patients, hormone therapy may help improve symptoms related to hormone decline or imbalance. For many women in perimenopause or menopause, hormone therapy is considered one of the most effective treatments for hot flashes, night sweats, and genitourinary symptoms such as vaginal dryness or discomfort. For many men, hormone therapy is considered an effective treatment for reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, low energy, loss of muscle mass, depression / irritability and increased body fat.
Patients who are good candidates may experience improvements in:
- Energy and stamina
- Sleep quality
- Mood stability
- Mental clarity
- Libido and sexual wellness
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Vaginal and urinary comfort
- Muscle tone and recovery
- Overall sense of well-being
BHRT is not a one-size-fits-all solution. The goal is not to push hormones above healthy ranges. The goal is to restore balance, relieve symptoms, and support long-term wellness while monitoring safety.
